Hire the agent.
We'll handle the setup.
An AI “employee” only earns its keep if somebody wires it in, picks the right role, and stays on call when the connector breaks. That's the work. We do it on retainer for small operators.
Built on
What this actually is
An AI agent is an employee.
Hire it the same way.
Define the role. Give it the tools. Train it on your business. Review the work for the first 60 days. Keep it on a manager. The same things you'd do for a human hire, minus the W-2.
We set this up for small operators on a flat monthly retainer. The agent runs your inbox triage, your invoice follow-up, your proposal drafts, or whichever role is bleeding the most time. We pick the platform that fits (Claude, OpenAI, Hermes Agent, OpenClaw, or a bespoke build) and we own the ops when something breaks.
If you want the wider context first, we wrote about the agent landscape here.
Roles you can hire
Eight roles. Pick one to start.
The inbox triager
Reads, classifies, routes, drafts
The invoice chaser
Follows up on unpaid AR
The lead triager
Scores and routes inbound
The proposal drafter
Assembles a scope you review
The follow-up automator
Reviews, win-backs, renewals
The contract reviewer
Flags missing or risky terms
The content engine
Drafts on-brand, on-schedule
The dispatcher
Routes service calls and updates the board
Retainer tiers
Three ways in.
Pricing scales with how many roles you're hiring and how custom the build needs to be. Every tier is a flat monthly retainer: no per-message charges, no surprise overages.
Starter
One agent. One workflow. Live in 30 days.
For operators ready to put one role on autopilot. We pick the highest-leverage workflow in your business (invoice chasing, lead triage, inbox triage, or follow-up), set up the agent, wire it in, and run it for 60 days before adding anything else.
- 1 agent role (your choice of starter role)
- Integration with one CRM or accounting system
- Human-in-the-loop review for the first 30 days
- Weekly check-in calls for the first month
- On-call coverage for breaks and re-auths
- Monthly performance report
- Built on Claude, OpenAI, or your preferred LLM
Best for
Operators new to AI who want one clear win before scaling.
Operator
2–3 agents wired together. Tuned to your vertical.
For operators running an established business who want a connected set of agents that hand work to each other. Inbox triage feeds the proposal drafter. The invoice chaser updates the CRM. The follow-up automator schedules the next touch. Built on shared infrastructure so they actually cooperate.
- Up to 3 agent roles, wired to coordinate
- Vertical-tuned playbooks (trades, hospitality, services, builders)
- Integration with up to 3 systems (CRM, accounting, calendar, messaging)
- Custom escalation rules and human handoff paths
- Bi-weekly strategy review for first 90 days
- On-call coverage for breaks, re-auths, and model updates
- Performance dashboards on the workflows that matter
Best for
Established operators who want a meaningful capability lift, not a science project.
Custom
Bespoke multi-agent build. Dedicated retainer.
For operators with unusual workflows, regulated industries, or sensitivity around data residency. We build the agent stack from scratch: Hermes Agent, OpenClaw, custom Anthropic SDK code, whatever fits your constraints. Self-hosted if you need it. Audited if you need it. Dedicated team on retainer.
- Unlimited agent roles, scoped to your business
- Self-hosting or private-cloud deployment options
- Open-source frameworks (Hermes Agent, OpenClaw) when self-hosting matters
- Custom tool development and proprietary integrations
- Dedicated technical lead on retainer
- Quarterly architecture reviews
- SOC 2 / HIPAA pathway available
Best for
Operators with compliance, scale, or differentiation needs that off-the-shelf can’t cover.
All tiers include implementation, prompt engineering, integration work, monitoring, and on-call coverage. You only pay your own LLM provider for inference (or we can pass through at cost).

How it ships
From audit to autopilot.
01
Audit & role selection
We sit down for an hour. You walk us through your top three time-drains. We come back with a recommendation: which role to hire first, what it’ll connect to, what we need from you to start.
02
Build & wire
We set up the agent, connect it to your stack, write the prompts and tool definitions, configure escalation rules, and test against real (anonymized) data from your business.
03
Soft launch
Agent runs alongside the human for the first 2 weeks. You review what it does. We tune. By week 3, it’s running on its own with human review only for edge cases.
04
Operate & expand
We stay on call for breaks, re-auths, and model updates. After 60 days of clean operation, we evaluate the next role to add. The agent count grows when the value is proven, not when the sales rep says so.
Things we don't do
Where we draw the line.
We don’t build the foundation models.
Claude, GPT, and the open-source models do that. We pick the right one for the job, set it up, and stay on call when it changes upstream.
We won’t sell you 6 agents in your first month.
It’s the wrong way to start. One agent, 60 days of clean operation, then the next. Everything else is theater.
We don’t resell software you can buy yourself.
If Claude for Small Business or off-the-shelf SaaS does what you need, we’ll tell you. We make our money on the setup and ops, not on locking you into a stack you didn’t choose.
One role. 30 days.
Then the next.
Tell us about your business and the workflow that's bleeding the most time. We'll come back with which agent to start with and what it would take to ship.
